3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

For large withdrawals or other cases where it is required, z7bd may request a national ID card, passport, or other valid documents for identity verification. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until this process is completed.

4.2 Deposit Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Under normal circumstances, z7bd processes withdrawals within 1 hour. However, in some cases the verification process may cause delays.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit (where possible).
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — expired bonuses are forfeited.
• Each person may use each bonus offer once only.
